During this meeting, we’ll also handle the technical aspects, including connecting your social media accounts to our planning and scheduling platform, Metricool. This setup ensures seamless content scheduling and analytics tracking.

  • Our content creation process relies on branded photos or a curated photo and video library largely provided by you. Using authentic visuals strengthens your brand’s identity, and we enhance this with custom-designed graphics where appropriate.

  • Every month, we’ll hold a strategy call or Zoom to outline content for the upcoming month. During these calls, we’ll discuss key talking points, review analytics, and set deadlines to allow for any edits or adjustments. This collaborative approach ensures your content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with your brand goals.

  • You’ll have full visibility into the content schedule with a built-in review process. Before any post goes live, we’ll share drafts for your review and approval, ensuring you’re confident in every piece of content that represents your brand.

    This intake form gives us the foundation to create a brand that truly represents your business while attracting the right audience. Once completed, we move into the onboarding session to refine and expand on these insights.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your brand intake form, we schedule a collaborative onboarding session to dive deeper into your brand, clarify details, and ensure we’re aligned on your vision. This session is an opportunity for us to ask follow-up questions, discuss your goals in more depth, and refine the direction of your brand.

  • We go to work to craft a cohesive strategy, including your brand’s visual identity, messaging, and positioning. This process typically takes around 2 weeks.

  • We present your brand strategy and identity, ensuring it aligns with your vision before finalizing.
